Allerton Grange High School
Talbot Primary School has a strong relationship with Allerton Grange High School; this partnership provides numerous opportunities for our pupils, which are extremely popular. Some examples from this year include:
- Year 4 complete a 4-hour robotics course at AGHS
- Year 5 complete 2-hour a print workshop at AGHS
- Year 6 watched the AGHS Christmas production; our G&T writers attend a workshop
- Year 9 students from AGHS perform PSHE dramatizations for our KS2 pupils
- Year 11 student volunteers, read and mentor some of Year 6 pupils weekly
- Our PTA were given use of AGHS’s hall to run Talbot’s Got Talent
- Speed awareness project with AGHS and the community police team
